The cleaning machine is manufactured in stainless steel and consists of a heat insulated enclosed cabinet with a lifting door, rotating spray system and a tank system. A load platform or a load trolley is placed in front of the cleaning machine for the loading of parts. These cleaning machines can be automated and placed in production lines.

Aplications

Aqua Clean Multi Stage cleaning machines are intended for the aqueous cleaning of medium and large components, where the cleanliness requirements demand a multi-stage cleaning process. They are also designed for situations where the process itself requires a multi stage process e.g. iron phosphating. This type of cleaning machine is mainly used in a production environment
