Hangsterfer's Clean All is designed for dilution with water for various cleaning applications. Clean All has a three component cleaning technology, which consists of oil soluble detergents, water soluble detergents and emulsifiers. These components quickly remove dirt, oil, grease and other residues.

Clean All's neutral pH minimizes the risk of staining or tarnishing on parts or machine components. In addition, Clean All contains corrosion and rust inhibitors, which allow for maximum protection of metal surfaces. Clean All is engineered to be low foaming while still producing a high cleaning action. This low foaming design allows it to be used in many areas where other inferior technologies can not be used. Clean All is especially low foaming in high temperature applications.

This product is truly a unique chemistry and can function where many other technologies have failed or can not meet the technical requirements of the application.
Because of Clean All's high solvent action, spot testing should be conducted on materials before use.

Aplications

Clean All should be mixed at 5% to 10% for effective machine sump/ system cleaning. Do Not Add Clean All To Your Existing Coolant. Drain coolant sump and add mixed Clean All to your sump system at the desired concentration. Add sufficient Clean All solution so that the pumps will prime and feed the total coolant system. Recirculation time should be a minimum of 30 minutes. Use auxiliary spray hose to wash down inside of machine center cabinet. A spray and wipe technique may be used for exterior surfaces close to control board and other sensitive areas. Never spray Clean All directly on to electrical controls, etc. Pump out Clean All and rinse system with water or a weak dilution of the coolant. Recharge system with mixed Hangsterfer's coolant at the correct concentration.
